Overview: Full Time (40 hours/week); M-F Job Description Summary: Job Description:
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or equivalent training that supports the functions of this position. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: CPR, PALS & ACLS preferred. Skills: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with patients of all ages (pediatric to adult). Ability to function with flexibility and adaptability to an ever changing and fast paced environment. Experience: Two years relevant experience preferred. Physical Requirements: OCCASIONALLY: Fume /Gases /Vapors, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Reaching above shoulder FREQUENTLY: Audible speech, Computer skills, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Sitting, Standing, Walking CONTINUOUSLY: Biohazard waste, Blood and/or Bodily Fluids, Color vision, Decision Making, Depth perception, Flexing/extending of neck, Hearing acuity, Interpreting Data, Patient Equipment, Peripheral vision, Problem solving, Repetitive hand/arm use, Seeing - Far/near Additional Physical Requirements performed but not listed above: For patient safety may need to intervene by physically assisting the patient to a safe environment.
