Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist for a remote 3-month period to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our key business and corporate roles. This is great opportunity for a proactive, relationship-driven sourcing professional with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.

What you will do:
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, to identify and attract top talent.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current hiring needs.

  • Partner with HRBPS and manager to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and social media recruiting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Monitors performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Broad expertise and/or unique knowledge uses skills to contribute to developing advanced concepts, techniques and standards.

  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.

  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Pay Range:

$60,003.00-$69,712.00
