Job Posting Title Production Team Lead Job Description Summary We're looking for a Production Team Lead at the American Axle Subiaco location to help drive performance, support the team, and keep operations running smoothly. Excellent benefits package, vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), etc. Job Description: What you'll do: Lead and support daily production activities Keep the team on track with safety, quality, and efficiency goals Communicate clearly across shifts and departments Help solve problems as they arise on the floor Set the tone for teamwork, accountability, and reliability What it takes to succeed: Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Clear communication and solid people skills Willingness to work overtime as needed Comfort using systems like Plex, MS Office, and Workday What to expect: Hands-on training provided on the production floor Learn the role through direct, on-the-floor experience Annual Workday training is required Required Skills and Education High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
