Program Manager

• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to the program.
• Assists in full acquisition life cycle activities (e.g., planning, market research, requirements development, logistics).
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals.
• Drafts, reviews, and edits program reports, briefings, and documents.
• Support the Office of the CIO on change management initiatives

• Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Application Rationalization Team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
• Opportunity Pipeline Management: Shepherd the pipeline of rationalization opportunities, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution.
• Program and Change Management: Utilize best practices in program management to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and the adoption of new practices within the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Data Excellence teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across departments.
• Corporate Communications: Develop and maintain corporate-wide communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of application developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, specifically leading application rationalization or similar initiatives.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
