Staffmark is hiring! We have a direct hire opportunity for a Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence.
This is a high-impact executive leadership position with a growing manufacturing organization committed to innovation, compliance, and world-class product quality.

Salary: $170,000-$250,000 (based on experience)

As the Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence, you will lead the development and execution of the company's global quality strategy. You'll oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS), drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence across all manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives aligned with business goals and regulatory standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
  • Advise executive leadership on quality, compliance, and safety strategies
  • Oversee QMS implementation and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor and improve key quality metrics (PPM, first pass yield, customer satisfaction)
  • Embed safety and regulatory compliance into all quality systems and processes
  • Represent the company in audits, high-level customer engagements, and industry forums
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and EHS teams



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (Master's or MBA strongly preferred)
  • Must be willing to relocate to be near Oklahoma City, OK,; Portland, OR,; South Gate, CA; Williamsport, MD; or Franklin, IN
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership within manufacturing
  • Multi-site or global quality leadership experience required
  • Deep knowledge of quality systems, compliance frameworks, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, ISO, ASTM)
  • Ability to manage in both office and manufacturing environments
  • This position involves office, production floor, and warehouse settings and may require occasional extended hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with variable temperatures.
