in Tolleson, AZ! We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to work on advanced production equipment across flexible 12-hour shifts. If you have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Shift: 7 am-7 pm OR 7 pm-7 am (3 days on, 2 days off)

Pay: Starting at $30/hr (Depending on experience.)

Responsibilities:



  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on advanced production equipment
  • Conduct breakdown analysis and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Upgrade production lines with new equipment and technology
  • Manage general housekeeping and oversee outside contractors
  • Handle package changeovers and enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Document work schedules and tasks completed



Qualifications:



  • Experience with electrical systems, mechanical breakdown troubleshooting, schematics, and product manuals
  • Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, conveyors, pumps, and SERVO systems
  • Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, and computerized preventative maintenance
  • Must be 18 years or older and pass a technical assessment
