The Sr. Coordinator Logistics & Distribution Integration role focused on supporting the operations and delivery of value-added services within a company. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring the efficient execution of value-added initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for identifying, investigating, and resolving order exceptions, delays, and discrepancies
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Logistics & Distribution team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling general office tasks
- Manage and coordinate internal resources to accomplish objectives and ensure client experience standards are met
- Manage inventory related to value-added services, including packaging materials and patches
- Manage the implementation and oversight of value-added services projects
- Ensure execution of subcontractor Hot Market production plans
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within systems for Logistics and Distribution
- Manage communication and collaboration across different teams and departments to support Logistics and Distribution initiatives
- Create and manage company policies, procedures, and regulations related to Logistics and Distribution
- Deliver information, direction, and education to clients regarding Logistics and Distribution products and services accurately and timely
- Drive Customer Routing Guide implementation including customer requirement determination and system updates
- Lead Day-to-Day Packing portal Monitoring & Exception management
- Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to develop best practices, identify opportunities for automation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Logistics and Distribution space
- Track and analyze exception trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Provide routine reporting to management and stakeholders on exception resolution metrics and compliance
- Keep all sensitive matters confidential
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software, data management tools, and office productivity suites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to Logistics and Distribution operations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve Logistics and Distribution performance
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to VAS implementation and operation
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute VAS projects efficiently and effectively
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations with a focus on customer service or Logistics and Distribution support required
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms is a plus

The salary range for this posted position is $58,000 - $68,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
