Targets potential referral sources in his/her assigned territory, and have the ability to develop and sustain relationships with referral sources, patients and their families, and the community at large. Experience: Minimum 1 year in healthcare marketing or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment. Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver's License Knowledge: Strong written and oral skills, including advanced presentation skills. Functioning knowledge of social media platforms and tools. Prefer knowledge of the Alabama behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, and age-specific programming. Must possess demonstrated superior leadership abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of and skills in application of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotion as well as management of sales, advertising, social media, online presence and, public relations resources; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection and analysis, interpretation, application and, evaluation; strategic planning skills; record of adherence to deadlines; customer service skills; teaching or training skills; willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required. Essential Functions:
Environmental Conditions: Possible exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior; potential exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste.
