Extrusion Operator / Mixing Operator

• Measure, mix, assemble, and transport materials according to precise specifications
• Operate extrusion, mixing, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify materials and finished products meet required specifications
• Record process data and report any issues to supervisors or managers
• Cut, cement, build, and assemble modules, canisters, and catalyst arrays
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, saws, and wet log automation systems
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot dies, and follow all quality and safety guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement and special projects as assigned
• May serve as Remote Station Attendant for boiler operations as scheduled

• Must have experience in mixing operations, extrusion operator experience is a plus
• Two years of relevant experience
• Other requirements include the ability to climb stairs continuously, mixing chemicals, production, forklift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process specifications
• Basic math, written communication, and computer skills
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong safety mindset
