Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing metrics and report building for various programs throughout the country. Must have the knowledge and expertise to create, edit, and modify data sets with the ability to analyze and create accurate reports. The core objectives of this position will be to provide reports and analytics in a clear, accurate, and timely manner to various clients.


Responsibilities

This position will include, but not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Provide valuable insight to the program team based on the data collected for the program, in order for the team to make informed decisions.
  • Provide input for troubleshooting, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Customized dashboards and reporting for Client, subcontractor, management, cross-functional team members.
  • Sorting through and interpreting high quantities of data.
  • Monitor and report program key performance metrics and provide updates to management.
  • Support weekly and monthly invoicing reviews and approvals.
  • Work with the team's needs for tracking all fields and metrics required of each project, and the overall program.
  • Developing data models through reporting and visualization to support decision-making.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and correcting discrepancies in data sets to ensure accuracy.
  • Track weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines and fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Performing technical analysis and energy modeling to support program savings claims and program reporting
  • Researching and presenting market intelligence and customer trends.
  • Analyze recurring reports to identify opportunities as well as provide ad hoc analysis

General High-Level Roles

  • Captures configuration (adding fields, updating field names, update forms, workflows)
  • Captures dashboards
  • Captures export/import (measure template creation, milestone track creation/updates, bulk data fixes, etc.)
  • IT Jira Ticket Creation and/or working with the IT Contact to develop requirements
  • Reporting
  • ANB eTrack testing/troubleshooting/etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience performing data analysis
  • 2+ years creating using tools to create reports, dashboards, and data exploration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with Data analysis software (Excel, R Programming, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI),
  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong interest in sustainability and energy efficiency industry

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
