Overall Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for assuring exceptional department processes and product quality. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for providing training across the shop floor on quality issues, Quality Control (QC) pulls, new formats, new processes, and compliance-related topics. Salary: The starting wage range for this position is $23-27/hr At IWCO, base pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location.
