Onsite Middleton, WI role for Day shift

Great opportunity to work in our Headquarters and largest North American site leading daily warehousing activities. As the Manager of Warehouse & Distribution, you will lead a team of 15-20 employees in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of distribution logistics, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and kitting for neurology-focused medical devices. In addition,you will drive the hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, etc. for your team to ensure they have the tools and support needed to function at a high level while remembering to have fun too!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehouse and distribution functions including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage and coach a team of 15-20 warehouse associates and leads; oversee staffing, performance, and development.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including international and domestic shipments.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and other medical device regulations.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Planners, and Customer Service teams to ensure fulfillment and product traceability standards are met.
• Optimize inventory control processes, warehouse layout, and logistics to support growth and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports related to order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, etc.)

• Perform supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution leadership minimum, ideally in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 compliance preferred.
• Proven track record in managing warehouse teams of 15+ employees.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse-related software applications

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within and across teams

Travel Requirement: 10%
