Job Summary
Provide for skillful examination of the students personal and academic credentials and to process these forms to meet individual goals accurately. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student academic records for admission, audit and graduation.
Minimum Education and Experience

Completion of two years of college. Two years of experience as a Degree Plan Evaluator I, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer proficiency and knowledge of software programs.

Preferred Education and Experience
Four years of college and one years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of relevant education & experience.
Other Qualifications
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the collection, population and maintenance of data in the Student Information System in support of the accurate & skillful examination and evaluation of degree plans to determine eligibility for graduation.
