Oracle Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash

We have an opportunity for an IT Business Systems Analyst (Oracle - O2C) to bring deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities and join our Oracle Applications Team in Tacoma, reporting to Director of IT. In this pivotal role, you will influence the optimization of streamlined and efficient Order to Cash processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Collaborating closely with technical teams, Order Management and other business teams, you will design, configure and implement scalable and robust solutions around Products, OM, SCM and Finance solutions.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do


  • Design, configure and deliver initiatives for Order to Cash processes (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, etc.) to meet business objectives.


  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.


  • Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and best practice adoption within the Order to Cash cycle.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to implement new initiatives effectively.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution.


  • Provide application support during the Month End, Year End and quarterly maintenance activities.


  • Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment.

Be Prepared - What You Bring


  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Order to Cash implementations.


  • Proven hands-on functional experience with strong expertise in Order Management, Order orchestrations, Shipping, Receivables, Product configuration


  • Nice to have: Additional knowledge in Payables, General Ledger and Revenue Management is also valuable.


  • Nice to have: SQL, BI Reports for data analysis and troubleshooting is also relevant.


  • High level understanding of technical process


  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.


  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or other field
