SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Provides insights and predictive analytics to enhance quality assurance and systems business processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

* Consistently provides an exceptional customer experience when engaging with colleagues, end- users, and other stakeholders.

* Utilizes BI/AI technologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities and provide valuable insights.

* Develops and maintains interactive dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.

* Serves as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets working closely with quality leadership to identify use cases for the data

* Analyze large amounts of clinical and medical device data for trends and patterns and interpret data with clear objectives in mind

* Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.

* Executes complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

* Develops and implements data-driven strategies to optimize business processes.

* Utilizes Microsoft Power Platform to create and maintain custom applications that enhance data accessibility and automation.

* Stays updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI, AI, and analytics space.

* Provides training and support to end-users for efficient use of BI/AI tools and applications.

* Collaborates with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of BI/AI solutions into existing systems.

* Assists in the evaluation and implementation of new BI/AI tools and technologies.

* Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education and/or experience equivalent bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role with a focus on BI, AI, SQL, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing interactive and insightful dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.
  • Ability to extract and transform data from diverse sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in other Business Intelligence tools to ensure a comprehensive understanding of diverse data analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their integration into BI processes for predictive analytics and enhanced decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, ensuring the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong technical and functional understanding of one or more products in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) family.
  • Understanding/familiarity with MDR (EU) 2017/745, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 803, 806 and 820 Quality Systems Requirements
  • Proven experience building/governing tools in one or more elements in Microsoft Business Applications/Power Platform.
  • PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals and/or PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification.
  • Experience with web-based analytical tools for extracting and analyzing data from online sources.
