- Manage the operational day to day facility responsibilities for the site including subcontractor coordination, space management, managing associated budgets and ensuring adherence to all client policies and processes, manufacturer requirements/guidance, all local, state and federal laws and regulations with respect to the operation of the sites.
- Ensure site waste, energy and water management is handled in accordance with client standards, all local, state, and federal laws and regulations and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Implement and ensure all client health and safety policies and fire safety policies are being followed at the site(s)
- Act as a primary point of contact for any facilities issues.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity
- Assist with planning and execution of building projects and renovations
- Support and encourage the use of Corrigo for work orders and preventative maintenance management.
- Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
- Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
- Implement and monitor team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
- Manages vendors daily; evaluates and tracks performance to KPI's.
- Undertake and lead initiatives to increase and improve service delivery considering both cost and quality
- Responsible for ensuring the site is operational from a facility perspective within areas of accountability
- Development and tracking of corrective action plans regarding service delivery
- Participate in site Crisis Management Team
- Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
- Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the area
- Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to emergency or urgent maintenance calls
- Conduct daily walk-throughs and report facilities-related problems - ex. dirty carpet, missing supplies
- Coordinate with Facility Manager to ensure contracted services are completed
- Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces
- Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
- Provide support to an additional local site in Ft. Collins. CO
- Escort vendors through space as necessary
- Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site.
- Other duties as assigned
Project Management Support

- Sustainability
- Assist monitoring of sustainability projects and activities with Program Manager to ensure they arehandled in accordance with Airbus Group standards, all local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Collect and track key data related to sustainability
- Review Environmental Roadmaps with site FM leads (Quarterly)
- Record monthly environmental data to applicable reporting systems
- Corrigo (Work Order Management Tool)
- Monitor compliance usage for facilities teams preventative and recurring maintenance schedules.
- Surveillance of tool and provide improvement feedback to Manager
- Collect and report data points to leadership
- Assist with deployment of communications, trainings, documentation, tools, governance
- ISO 14001:2015
- Assist monitoring of site waste, energy and water management with Program Manager and ensure is handled in accordance with ISO 14001 standards
- Collect and track key data related to ISO14001
- Aid internal/external audit teams for compliance of ISO 14001
Education/training
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
Years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
- 2+ years managing project requirements
Skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices and technology
- Strong facilities knowledge of mechanical equipment and equipment maintenance
- General knowledge and understanding of facilities-related regulations
- General knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety and fire safety program management, recordkeeping, and related regulations and compliance standards / OSHA
- Knowledge and successful application of project management practices
- Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficient using common business applications (Google G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS, PDF)
- Outstanding Internal and External customer service skills
- Experience with ISO 14001:2015 Standards is preferred

Estimated total compensation for this position:
65,300.00 - 94,700.00 USD per year
