The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Program Manager, Health Outcomes & Care Transformation for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $78,000- $97,000- $116,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Program Manager, Health Outcomes & Care Transformation is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of American Hospital Association (AHA) programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and priorities. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources, mitigating risks, and confirming stakeholder alignment. Bachelor's Degree in related field of PUBLIC HEALTH (required)
Experience
5 years: *Experience related to health administration or public health
