We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor III to join our team in Parsons, KS. This role provides leadership and supervision to a diverse team-including supervisory, skilled, and unskilled personnelengaged in the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and optimization of Plant facilities. Responsibilities encompass oversight of buildings, grounds, roads, railroads, utilities, and equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor III defines staffing needs, assigns daily tasks, and manages shift schedules to meet operational goals. The role includes conducting performance evaluations, identifying growth potential, and making recommendations on hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination. This position plays an active role in labor relations, including participation in grievance and arbitration hearings. It ensures the safe and efficient setup and operation of tools and equipment, and leverages experience and sound judgment to guide departmental planning and support complex maintenance projects. The supervisor also reviews contractor work for compliance, inspects completed tasks, and drives continuous improvement in equipment performance and operating procedures. A high level of discretion and independent judgment is required in all aspects of this role. As the Maintenance Supervisor III, here is the work you'll do:

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
