- Responsible for performing inspections, tests, or audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, panel/module level assemblies, and quality control programs to specifications.
- Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
- Reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Maintains support documentation and performs sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and the build of assemblies.
- Reviews and reports performance data.
- Ensures raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet company and test standards.
- Determines or assists in determining methods and procedures necessary for inspection.
- May interface with customer quality representatives or suppliers.
- Highly developed support for individual contributors.
- Works autonomously.
- May act as a mentor to lower-level peers and guide tasks.
- Makes recommendations for solutions.
- Works on assignments needing judgment and initiative.
- Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information needing explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
- Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve issues.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which impacts the overall achievement of results for the team.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Keyence machines.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with CMM software Zeiss CALYPSO.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
