The Night Production Analyst, working under general supervision, is responsible for documentation, coordination, and optimization of production activities through the use of software toolsets. The role performs routine tasks related to the analysis and optimization of production wells and facilities. The role implements a systematic approach to monitor well performance and utilizes production data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies associated with underperforming wells. The role is responsible for incorporating new data into DSC process and demonstrates basic skills in the application of relevant software packages. The role is pivotal in optimizing production operations, maximizing asset value, and driving operational efficiency within E&P operations.
Ensures data from corrective repairs are accurate and being streamed, incorporates new data into DSC process, and ensures corrections are validated in Cygnet. Monitors daily run time, fuel usage, and other operating parameters through SCADA, notifies lease operator of variances, and provides pertinent production-related data when needed. Schedules portable compressor and meter moves, generates off production report, and notifies pipeline operator of system changes or alarms. Engages in continuous improvement, recommends modifications, and effectively evaluates and recommends solutions to basic business and technical issues in DSC production, demonstrating awareness and mentorship. Reviews and coordinates alarm notifications and reports, validates alarms are working correctly after setting changes, and addresses underperforming wells in collaboration with lease operators, optimization operators, and engineers. Analyzes production reports and collaborates with engineers, optimization operators, and lease operators for wells and lease activities. Plans work strategically to support business objectives, identifies risks across disciplines, and shares knowledge as an informal mentor, showcasing acumen and a sound understanding of business principles. Identifies producing well alarms, notifies operator of SWD system alarms/notifications, and ensures set point and end device changes during inspections are accurate and being streamed/alarms are correctly set and functional. Optimizes and troubleshoots well parameters for automated wells, incorporates new data into DSC process, and demonstrates intermediate and advanced skills in the application of relevant software packages. Prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple concurrent projects with ease, following established project management standards, and demonstrating proficiency in handling changing priorities and organizing work consistently. Coordinates, hosts, or participates in route/well reviews, coordinates proactive fluid level shots, and ensures data from corrective repairs are accurate and being streamed. Incorporates new data into DSC process and is involved in innovation of new ideas and tools.
Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required. Experience: * 0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline, otherwise 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Production, Completions/ Workover Processes, and Artificial Lift, Rod Pump, Gas Lift, and/or Plunger Lift Operations. or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
