Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: This role combines recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities, including developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics. It also serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, benefits administration, and performance management support. Additional duties include maintaining HR compliance, coordinating onboarding and training, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events. Qualifications:
