Business Line Manager, Hygienic Pump Sales As a Business Line Manager, Hygienic Pump Sales your missionis to lead the hygienic pump sales division with technical expertise, driving growth and innovation with a commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction through strategic market expansion, exceptional team leadership, and dedication to quality and compliance.You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for Industrial Flow North America hygienic pump sales. You will: Lead the sales operations team. Cultivate relationships with potential customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Conduct engaging sales training sessions to empower your team. Perform in-depth market research and pricing analysis to optimize our product positioning and ensure competitiveness. Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for growth.
