Position: TPR Coordinator
Pay Range: $75,000 - $115,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
The TPR Coordinator plays a dynamic and strategic role in the organization. This position serves as a teacher, organizer, administrator, coach, change agent, and internal consultant-supporting and driving TPR (Total Process Reliability) initiatives. The coordinator is responsible for facilitating cultural change, building effective teams, promoting problem-solving methodologies, and serving as a liaison between departments, management, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training in team-building and problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of team activities (in partnership with the Team Leader and Recorder).
- Collect, analyze, and communicate performance data, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Provide coaching and support to team members.
- Lead and energize the TPR Steering Council to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify and secure internal and external resources to support team initiatives.
- Promote organization-wide awareness and understanding of TPR principles and benefits.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote collaboration.
- Track and document cost savings and cost avoidance attributed to TPR initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate team meetings and workshops.
- Publicize TPR results and success stories to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely implementation and follow-up on approved team recommendations.
- Organize and manage events such as meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Champion cultural change in support of continuous improvement.
