Primary Duties:

1. Assist in data entry in MyCareer.
   
   
   
   • New employer information
   • New job leads
   
   
   
   
2. Assist in database management of MyCareer
   
   
   
   • Finding and eliminating duplicate information
   
   
   
   
3. Communicate by phone and email with graduates to collect employment information
4. Schedule students for advising appointments
5. Answer phones and assist with general questions regarding the Career Services Center
6. Other duties as assigned

1. Data entry experience and basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word) is required.
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Extreme sensitivity and professionalism regarding private, confidential information
4. Professional, articulate speaking voice-confident phone voice
5. Excellent attention to detail and ensuring accuracy/integrity of data; organizational skills
6. Tolerance in working within a shared workspace
