Shipping & Receiving Associate \| DuraMag \| Waterville, ME Regular Employee \| Hourly Non-Exempt \| $0.00 - 0.00 What you'll do: Job Responsibilities: * Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification) * Load and unload trucks quickly and safely * Accurately track and move inventory using company systems * Inspect shipments for damage and report any issues * Organize materials and stock work areas efficiently * Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members in a professional, positive manner * Assist with physical inventory and regular cycle counts * Support production by moving materials and lifting heavy items when needed * Follow safety and housekeeping standards at all times * Complete basic paperwork and reports * Be available for overtime as needed What you need to be successful: QUALIFICATIONS: * HS Diploma or GED required * Familiarity with line set practices and handling methods. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Commitment to a high standard of excellence * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills * Acute attention to detail * Familiarity with outlook, word and excel * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions * One to two years related experience or equivalent Why The Shyft Group?
