Summary/Objective Ideal candidate will work as an Instructional Systems Designer within a multi functional team to design and develop interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) courseware and associated training products. They will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), other instructional system designers, multimedia developers, 3D artists, systems/software engineers, and stakeholders to develop and deliver courseware.. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment located at the Government customer's facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands are similar to most office positions. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Travel Travel may be required; estimated to be 1-2 trips for 1-2 weeks a year. Required Education and Experience Master's Degree in instructional design, adult education, or similar program. Minimum 4 years of experience as an instructional designer or instructor.
