SAP Order to Cash [OTC]/Global Trade Services [GTS] Business Analyst

In this dynamic role you will support a global SAP S4 instance by analyzing and requirement gathering for the OTC/GTS processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipments and Deliveries, Credit Management, Billing, and Invoicing and have a clear understanding of Global Trade & Compliance. You will work closely with BPO's (Business Process Owners) as well as other functional teams, including Record to report (RTR) finance, Plan to produce (PLTPR), Procurement to Pay (P2P), Quality management (QM), Plant maintenance (PM) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to ensure seamless integration processes across the organization. You will bring strong technical skills and experience in SAP OTC/GTS configuration and implementation support. This role is also responsible for establishing priorities and activities for daily tickets and enhancements maintaining SLA for ticket closure and continuous improvement deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • SAP Order to Cash [OTC]/Global Trade Services [GTS] Business Analyst, will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Order to Cash (OTC), Logistics, and Global Trade Services (GTS) within our SAP system landscape.

  • Proficiency in SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.

  • Strong understanding of global trade processes including import/export regulations, customs compliance, and trade documentation.

  • Ability to understand and drive Global solutions that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards.

  • Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes
    and any Global impacts. Support end to end processes and a clear understanding of system touch points.

  • Analyze existing business processes across the organization and utilize existing knowledge of SAP solutions that would support those processes. This will include the ability to review, analyze and provide recommendations to complex issues and when necessary, provide prototype of new solutions, process enablers and drive process transformations.

  • Lead workstream projects and develop functional specifications, test plans and scenarios, and training materials as needed. Proficient in working closely with the users Globally to develop acceptance test scenarios and test data to execute the scenarios for all OTC/GTS system changes and integrations with other workstreams.

  • Partner with business BPO's, Inside Sales Reps, IT peers and technical teams to determine the requirements for change requests, projects (technical and functional) and exercise best judgement in selecting methods and techniques to achieve best measurable business outcomes. The ability to translate OTC/GTS business issues into actionable requirements and technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization i.e. Global Trade Compliance, Logistics, Inside Sales as well as IT peers to support break/fix issues, understand business needs to provide best IT solutions.

  • Provide advanced ability to organize, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, escalate and manage multiple complex projects, tasks and meet deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment that works with both internal customers as well as offshore support; ability to work collaboratively with business users.

  • Ability to facilitate meetings, technical alignment of priorities, requirements, design, testing and delivery of the system based on functional requirements.

  • Ensure alignment and adherence with company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business, or related field or 5 years of ERP business/IT SAP equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of SAP Analyst, Functional Lead and/or Support experience

  • Demonstrated business process acumen

  • Good organizational and diplomacy skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Superior written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to translate businesses requirements into technology solutions

  • Superior customer service skills

  • 2+ full cycle implementations including scoping, planning, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and Post Go-Live support

  • 2+ years leading a module or support of business functional area in global SAP system.

  • Ability to stay effective in fast paced environment where priorities can change frequently

  • Experience working with AMS partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years' Business Analyst and configuration experience in OTC/GTS

  • Demonstrated continuous learning/development

Key Relationships:

  • Maintains key relationships with Global Business Process Owners and their regional counterparts

  • Highly visible role that engages with functional leadership across the business, especially Operations and Supply Chain

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 10% of travel both domestic and abroad

Working Conditions:
