Financial Analyst (finance) Kraft, FT, Day shift

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst supports VMG's financial operations and strategic decision-making by delivering insightful reporting, thorough analysis and robust budgeting support.

This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive data-based decision making. The Financial Analyst will also play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with VMG's strategic objectives. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will actively identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business.

Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting or a similar role

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards and controls.

Pay Range: $76,027.12 - $95,023.24
