This position is responsible for:


- Provide financial validation of CLS/D and NCT claims based on supporting evidence.

- Prepare Critical Line Shortage/Disruption (CLS/D) and Non-Conformance Ticket (NCT) status reports to ensure accurate and timely cost recovery.
- Track the CLS/D through the system to ensure timely approval by the various groups in the process.

- Consolidate and analyze the productive and non-productive inventories for all of Manufacturing Operations.
- Consolidate and explain Work-In-Process (WIP) and Raw Material (RM) Inventory variances.
- The development of Corporate MLM's Annual Budget and financial forecast for Project Expense, Rack/Container Asset Disposal proceeds, Capitalization, and Depreciation.
- Resolve related party intercompany billing disputes.

- Complete Trend Analysis, OneStream reconciliations.
- Manage MLM projects (capital spending, capitalization, closing projects and disposals)
- Reconcile rack and container disposal proceeds.
- Annual preparation of analytics to evidence existence of rack and container assets.

- Interact with Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Material Logistics Management to build business acumen.
- Broaden skills in analyzing inventory using Qlik Sense.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience, post-graduation
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling and analyzing of data with Essbase
  • Experience with downloading and analyzing data from PentaSAP



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA designation
