Description: Candidates must be local to Central Florida as this is a HYBRID ROLE. TEKsystems is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in product ownership and business analysis, a deep understanding of the SDLC, data platforms, and AI technologies, and a passion for leveraging Generative AI to drive digital transformation at scale. Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and define AI/GenAI use cases. Lead pre-project discovery, including business problem elicitation, feasibility analysis, and business case development. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops, site visits, and workflow analysis to gather insights and define solution scope. Collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, Data & AI engineers, and business architects to ensure alignment between business goals and technical Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $84.45/hr.
