Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? As an Associate Director, Lead Software Developer within the Business & Client Services Technology team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative solutions that drive the transformation and modernization of RBC and Broadridge U.S. systems integration. This includes maintaining the latest and standard Tech Currency requirements for all of the systems in the portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable and efficient applications. Your contributions will directly support the organization's strategic goals by enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling future growth through cutting-edge technology solutions. The expected salary range for this particular position is $135,000 - $225,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
