  • Salary Range - $80.000 to $100,000

The purpose of this position is to assist the Government with the development, delivery, and oversight of select training and education for the National Guard (NG), to include the Joint Staff as it pertains to Homeland Defense Activities; integrate NG joint training requirements with interagency activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide support to a Learning Management System (LMS) and all associated tasks of the LMS required by the NGB's Joint Doctrine, Training, and Force Development Directorate.
  • Create, maintain, and update course catalog information in the LMS
  • Provide, publish, and maintain a master training calendar in cooperation with the NGB Joint Education & Staff Trainings and NGB Joint Strategic Leadership Development events.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and schedules. All subsequent information shall be updated and reflected accurately across internal and external coordination and scheduling processes to include the LMS, Training Information Management Systems, and Government products, as assigned.
  • Maintain, collect, and compile student course attempts/completion data into the LMS system of record and service-specific system of training record management (e.g. USA - Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) or USAF - Military Personnel Data System [MilPDS]) as appropriate.
  • Monitor student registration status in the LMS and report to the Government as prescribed in the SOP and as requested during normal business hours.
  • Assist the Government in the management and maintenance of both classified and unclassified course content within the LMS.
  • Ensure that all classified course content is properly marked, stored, and transmitted in accordance with DoD regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with Government representatives to review, update, and validate classified course content
  • Provide LMS Technical Support during business hours from 0900 to 1500 (Eastern Time Zone), excluding federal holidays. Help Desk Technical Support Services shall assist students in troubleshooting technical issues and LMS functionality, ensuring seamless operation and support for education and training administration.
  • During non-business hours, the Contractor shall provide a Help Desk Ticket system to report technical issues. LMS Help Desk tickets shall be responded to as prescribed If a resolution isn't possible within 3 days, the Contractor shall inform the Government and report a plan of action for resolution.
  • Provide functional training on the operations of the LMS System annually or as needed with system updates and modifications. The Contractor shall train new Government and Contract employees as needed (e.g. new hire).


Requirements of the LMS Admin



  • Knowledge of National Guard Organization, Missions, and Operations
  • Possess a Secret clearance, as verified by the Government.
  • Be trained in the handling and management of classified information, as well as the LMS security protocols.
