The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and implementing all aspects of the Regulatory compliance programs and assist with the planning, directing, coordinating and implementing of the Quality program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. This role will have a focus on the upcoming Joint Commission survey and serve as a content matter expert in this area as well as support any DOH surveys.

This is a per diem position

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor s Degree required in nursing or health-related field,
• Minimum five years clinical, management or related experience required,
• Strong ability to organize, manage, coordinate and communicate effectively and develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships,
• Must be familiar with CMS, TJC, NJDOH, and OSHA regulations, standards, and requirements,
• A working knowledge of High Reliability Organization principles is highly desirable,
• CPPS or CPHQ preferred or willing to obtain within 5 years,
• Previous experience in a related role required,
• Previous experience managing a team required,
