As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will support a wide range of professionals on our corporate and leadership team, through the technologies and systems that power our talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, time tracking, performance management, and legal functions.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, Legal, and third-party vendors in support of HR applications (includes payroll, benefits, time tracking, applicant tracking, and performance management).
- Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance activities including monitoring service desk tickets for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
- Manage small to medium size projects, enhancements, and service requests following standard methodology from initiation to closeout.
- Coordinate, test, and implement HRIS improvements by gathering and documenting requirements, writing functional specifications, testing new configuration, and deploying changes to production.
- Lead business users through quality assurance processes including building test plans and performing tests for system changes, fixes, patches, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and track system and application errors. Conduct root cause analysis and identify process and system fixes with appropriate level of urgency to ensure errors do not re-occur.
- Maintain data integrity by performing routine audit methods which includes querying and analyzing data.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between systems.
What you'll ALSO do:
- Maintain system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency and work with internal IT department to resolve software and hardware problems.
- Recommend system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency and user needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on a variety of cross-functional projects of various sizes.
- Maintain documentation for standardized processes and systems.
- Evaluate the best way to use system functionality to meet business and user requirements.
- Drive process improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems.
- Identify and communicate risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Assist in determining system hardware, software and infrastructure needs for HR application implementations or upgrades.
- Analyze new HR-related systems as directed.
What you have:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in ADP payroll/benefits, Kronos time/attendance/development, Cornerstone Performance Management, and/or Advanced ADPR report creation experience a plus.
- Knowledge of HRIS applications and software, payroll, and HR processes and terminology.
- 3+ years of experience in a progressive human resources role, ideally in a large organization, with broad exposure to HR-related technology and systems.

- Advanced Excel skills (ex. Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
