Job Description |
ECU Office of Global Affairs is currently seeking 4-5 enthusiastic and detail-oriented students to join our team as Front Desk and Event Assistants. Are you passionate about international cultures and eager to support global education? This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting international students and supporting study abroad programs. As part of our team, you will gain valuable experience while earning
$12 per hour, working
10-20 hours per week. This position is open to Federal Work Study students.
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face greeting visitors at the International House
- Assist with events hosted by the Office of Global Affairs
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Perform regular office duties such as making copies, taking inventory, and data entry using Excel
- Utilize your creativity with Canva and collaborate on Microsoft Teams
- Help set up and conduct departmental events
- Other duties as assigned
