What We Need: We are looking for an Member & Community Relations Generalist (i.e. HR Generalist) to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings COO team. What You Will Do: This role will support the professional side of our Operations group focusing on performance management, coaching, strategic business partnership, and numerous HR administrative tasks. It will also include interviewing, performance management, investigations, and compliance. Customer groups will include, COO: finance, product engineering, supply chain, and strategy & planning. What You Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of progressive HR experience is preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes is preferred What You're Good At: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures, develop strong team dynamics, build strong relationships with the groups you support, and able to challenge current processes for efficiency.
