The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Bilingual Family Outreach Worker (20 hours per week) at Central Education Center for the 2025-2026 school year. This position requires a person who has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and is able to develop strong relationships with our Latino families.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish - both written and oral.

Pay Range: $26.10 - $26.45 per hour (Based on education and experience).
