The Marketing Strategic Planning & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and ensuring its effective execution across various channels. This position is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility. By analyzing market trends and performance metrics, the manager will provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Ultimately, this role aims to elevate the company's market presence and contribute to sustained growth through innovative marketing practices.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Manage the marketing planning cycle, including calendar coordination, campaign intake, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Oversee marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, email, automation tools) and ensure integration with broader enterprise systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and lead flow through the funnel.
  • Drive process improvements to increase marketing efficiency and alignment across Product, Digital, and Segment teams.
  • Partner with with various departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives including marketing budget tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering positive results on high-impact projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards in campaign execution.

Requirements
Required Skills:


  • Strong understanding of marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret dashboards, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with proven ability to reach an audience through effective and clear presentations.
  • Thought leader with ability to drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer and collaborate with others to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on developing processes and identifying best practices and efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to organize, prioritize and delegate assignments.
  • Experience working with budgets, resource planning, or campaign tracking systems.


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations management.


Preferred Experience:


  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Certified Brand Manager or Certified Project Manager.
