Role Objective

The Marketing Technology Administrator is responsible for the configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of marketing technology platforms. This role ensures that systems such as marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms are seamlessly connected, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors, the administrator supports campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking. This role empowers marketing teams to deliver personalized, measurable, and efficient customer experiences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outreach IO, ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Integrate marketing tools with CRM systems and other platforms
  • Support marketing and sales teams by troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed
  • Drive integration and testing of other technologies that bring added value into the Marketing Technology network
  • Build and manage email campaigns, nurture workflows, and lead scoring models
  • Oversees the creation, maintenance and delivery of email marketing plans including landing page development and workflow automations as needed
  • Aggregate data best practices with CRM and marketing automation system by monitoring and processing data updates, email bounce backs and subscription preferences
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns and A/B tests
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize performance
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, social media, etc.) for comprehensive reporting
  • Support attribution modeling and customer journey analysis
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and integrations to support scalability and knowledge sharing
  • Provide flexible support across functions as business needs evolve


Data Management & Compliance:



  • Monitor and maintain data quality across all marketing systems to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and campaign performance
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal/regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA
  • Maintain clean and segmented databases for targeted marketing
  • Implement best practices for data hygiene, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Support regular audits and documentation of data processes to ensure transparency and accountability

Education and Experience

* Required work experience: minimum three (3) years' experience in marketing automation, CRM and data integration tools required


* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience or certifications) in Marketing automation platforms, Data Analytics, or related field acceptable with other required experience
* Familiar with APIs, integrations, and data flow between systems
* Proficiency in platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (Account Engagement), ZoomInfo
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices

Supervision/Coordination

  • Reports to Marketing & Sales Analytics Director
  • This role does not directly supervise other team members

Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
