Branch Manager

First Supply is seeking a dynamic, driven individual to manage one of our distribution branches. The Branch Manager works hands-on to ensure all branch operations are accomplished including customer service, sales, and warehouse activities as needed. Branch Managers are responsible for achieving successful financial and talent objectives for their branch, as well as local management presence for First Supply customers.

Starting pay rage: $54,000/yr. - $72,000/yr.

Oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service.
• Actively participate in sales, customer service, and warehouse activities as needed to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Engage directly with customers to develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships.
• Achieve financial objectives set by the Regional General Manager.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor market trends to drive branch expansion and increase revenue.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a skilled, motivated team.
• Provide guidance on personnel decisions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company core values.
• Other duties as assigned to support branch and company goals.

• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive management experience with a proven record of success.
• 2+ years' experience in wholesale distribution preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or fluid handling industries preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• ERP experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
