What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws

  
  

• 
  

  Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information and ensure maintenance of tools and equipment

  
  

• 
  

  Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance

  
  

• 
  

  Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records

  
  

• 
  

  Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts

  
  

• 
  

  Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp's, OSHA, DOT)

  
  

• 
  

  Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs

  
  

• 
  

  Perform other duties as needed

  
  

What You Need:

• 
  

  Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file

  
  

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent required

  
  

• 
  

  TIA/Bandag certification as appropriate, or willingness to obtain

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years of management experience required

  
  

• 
  

  5 years of experience in tire sales and services preferred

  
  

• 
  

  Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information

  
  

• 
  

  Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus

  
  

• 
  

  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  
  

• 
  

  Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends

  
  

• 
  

  Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
