Summary:
The Client Specialist serves as a pivotal point of contact between the company its clients and vendors. They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, maintaining vendor relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
