Description Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated PMO Analyst with Reporting and Financial Forecasting experience to join our Civil Market team in Pascagoula, MS (or Washington, DC or Atlanta, GA) to support our clients. The PMO Analyst is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the project and business. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team, under guidance, to updating documentation; support project management reporting; tracking deliverables and invoices; and assisting with resource management including system access, on boarding, and off boarding. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in many areas including Project Management, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities in serving our clients. Job Responsibilities As a PMO Analyst you will: Update project governance and management documentation Work on financial and project reports Track project plans, deliverables, and invoicing Maintain Project SharePoint Site Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree preferred in IT or Business; 4 years' experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable. Minimum of 1 years of experience working on large scale IT projects. Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Project Management. Familiarity with PMBOK Framework. Experience with MS Office Tool Set: MS Project, Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
