New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is actively seeking a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion. This position will work onsite in Georgetown, KY. Compensation: $62.50 per hour Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll-out, etc. Job Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional project management services Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry OSHA 30 Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation Knowledge of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in project management software and tools Only candidates available and ready to work directly as NJAI/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
