Job Summary Internal Medicine Physician MGB - Salem, MA Qualifications Internal Medicine Opportunity in Salem, MA Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary practice in the North Shore city of Salem, Massachusetts. Key Features of Our Primary Care Model: After-Hours Call Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call coverage. Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized APP team remotely manages routine clinical tasks, including inbox coverage, results, refills, and follow-up. Team-Based Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide comprehensive patient support. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
