Position Description:
ThinkTek is seeking a Program Scheduler to support the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for a Department of Defense program. This position plays a critical role in program execution by tracking tasks, forecasting milestones, and ensuring alignment across program activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in schedule management tools and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program activities

  
  
• 
  

  Track baseline variances, driving paths, and upcoming milestones, and provide schedule forecasts

  
  
• 
  

  Facilitate IMS planning sessions and schedule review meetings as needed

  
  
• 
  

  Generate routine IMS reports including 30/60/90-day outlooks, milestone snapshots, and past-due task reports

  
  
• 
  

  Provide schedule input for briefings and program updates

  
  
• 
  

  Support the creation of ad-hoc schedules for specific projects or tasks

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and government stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and relevance

  
  

Required:

• 
  

  Active DoD Secret clearance

  
  
• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in schedule development, management, or project coordination

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

  
  

Preferred Certifications:

  Microsoft Project Expert

  
  
• 
  

  Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)

  Earned Value Professional (EVP)
