Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) leads project activities and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and on schedule while maintaining compliance with global quality, regulatory, and clinical standards. The PM provides expertise in balancing the competing project constraints, which include, but are not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.


The Project manager will:



  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop structured project plans and overall project schedule that outline the activities, tasks, risks, resources, and milestones.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze the project progress and coordinates with the project team to identify constraints and re-align the project efforts following any instituted risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish effective project communication strategies to keep team members, stakeholders, and clients informed of the project progress.
  • Create and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Conduct post project evaluations and identifies lessons learned for reference to future projects.
  • Assist in project feasibility assessments.
  • Perform product maintenance activities as needed.


Minimum requirements:


Education and/or Experience



  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Associate Project Manager
  • Minimum of one (1) year of tissue banking experience or experience as a project leader.
  • Ability to manage multiple low to moderate complexity projects.


Project Manager I



  • Minimum of one (1) year of tissue banking experience or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Manage multiple low to high complexity projects.
  • Interface effectively with all levels of management and external customers.
  • Success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.


Work environment and physical activities:



  • Some overnight travel is required.
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
