Early Careers Contract Recruiter - (6 to 10 months)

This position is located in any of the following cities: Milwaukee, Indianapolis, University Park (PA), Clemenson or Orlando and will focus on Corporate and Sales roles. The Role/Job Responsibilities

  • Building and executing a recruiting plan at our targeted schools that focuses on attracting a diverse candidate pool
  • Developing relationships at targeted universities with their career centers, student organizations and relevant departments
  • Promoting our brand across campuses to ensure lang-standing new grad pipelines
  • Managing the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for Early Careers roles
  • Providing a great candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Tracking and analyzing recruiting data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience
  • 1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year in depth sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions
  • High level of organization and attention to details
  • Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Delivering results, relationship building and teamwork with business partners and team members
  • Passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all your interactions
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Completed bachelor's degree
  • Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS

Compensation:

  • Hourly position starting at $34 to $37 per hour depending on previous experience
  • Potential to become a full time JCI employee with successful completion of contract
