Position Summary The Haubner Lab in the Columbia Initiative in Cell Engineering and Therapy (CICET) seeks a highly motivated Technician A to support research related to next-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies in myeloid malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The Technician A will be directly supervised by the Principal Investigator and a Senior Technician member of the lab. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, with training in CAR vector design and functional and molecular CAR T cell in vitro and in vivo assays. Ideal candidates have basic experience in precise, sterile cell culture work, have knowledge in basic laboratory techniques, and are eager to grow technically and scientifically in an ambitious research environment.
