Manager - Outpatient Oncology Infusion

Full-Time Dayshift

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Outpatient Oncology Infusion team.

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient care in alignment with organizational standards.

• Manage departmental budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure productivity meets fiscal targets.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience.

• Lead and support staff development, engagement, and performance.

• Facilitate patient flow to optimize throughput and maximize resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse level or higher).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 90 days of hire.

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - required.

• ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification - required prior to completion of orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent specialty experience in Oncology or Infusion.
